4. Fee Management

  • Payment Processing: The Site uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for fees owed.
  • Refunds: Refund policies for fees (e.g., tuition, event fees) are governed by Christian Academy Higher Secondary School’s policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through a payment method as deemed by the school administration.
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay fees by due dates may result in penalties as outlined in school policies.
  • Security: We use industry-standard encryption for payment processing but cannot guarantee absolute security. You assume the risk of providing payment information online.

5. Student Data Management
